ABOUT USBased in the North West of England and operating out of Hawarden Airfield we have finally brought Seaplane flying home. If you, like us share a passion for Seaplane Flying please read on.
We operate a 2015 Aviat Husky Aircraft on Wipline Floats, the worlds No1 Amphibious Aircraft. No other mode of transportation delivers a feeling of adventure like climbing into a small aircraft and taking flight over the Welsh Mountains. The Landscape in Winter particularly lends itself to distinct dramatic views as the sun sets in the West. In every direction, spectacular scenery abounds. To the West, Mount Snowdon, Wales's tallest peak at 3,560 feet, looms large in the Snowdonia National Park. To the North East lies the leisure peninsula of the North, the Wirral, surrounded by beautiful coastline and pristine waters. The towns of Llangollen and Bala lie 10 minutes flight time to the South and West. Bala lake is Wales's largest natural spanse of water putting North Wales in 4th place in Lonely Planets top 10 regions of the world! |
